Submissions to our Exhibition Program

The Tactile Arts Gallery is an intimate space located just 5 minutes from the centre of Darwin in the parklands of the Museum and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory (MAGNT), looking out across the aquamarine waters of Fannie Bay to the Beagle Gulf.

Our Gallery supports and promotes contemporary and traditional craft and design, and showcases the work of local emerging and established artists. The proximity to MAGNT ensures a constant flow of visitors through the gallery, eager to discover locally produced work.

Exhibition submissions may be for your own solo show, or a collaborative/group exhibition.  Group/collaborative shows offer an opportunity to share costs and set-up responsibilities, and these submissions must include details of all artists involved.

Exhibitions are scheduled between February and December.

Exhibition proposals with a strong craft and design component are preferred. Current and prospective members are encouraged to submit.
